This blog is my archive of learning and loving allergen-free cooking and eating. Things I love include olive oil, smoked salt (really all salt), strong coffee, and wine. I don’t particularly like measuring things and am not the best at following recipes, hence part of my desire to document my moves in the kitchen. What I have learned in the last many allergen-free years is that eating and cooking allergy-free has made me curious in the kitchen and pushed me to explore and play with fun and new ingredients.
